lucan medical centre
Developed vacant land into a 5100 sq ft medical centre built to support a variety of health care professionals. This pragmatic building houses 3 family physicians, physiotherapy, ultrasound and x-ray services. Collaborated with the Ministry of Health to ensure the building properly serviced the surrounding area.

Lucan municipal building
Repurposed a derelict schoolhouse into an elegant 14,000 sq ft public building for the Township of Lucan Biddulph. Municipal offices occupy 7,000 sq ft and the remaining 7,000 sq ft are used as a public library for the community.
